On a nice sunny day, you’ll find many locals hanging out in Dolores Park located in San Francisco’s Mission District. Ample green grass and palm trees make Dolores Park a comfortable and relaxing space to relax. At its highest point, you can even get a nice view of the city and watch skateboarders zigzag their way down the slope. Across the street at the park’s northeast corner is Bi-Rite Creamery, popular for its yummy homemade ice cream. It’s common to find lineups stretching around the corner especially on a warm day. This is definitely the perfect place to soak up the sun and take a break.
